Bling your things. The title of this photoshop tutorial. Didn't use many layers, but we will play with the Blending Options. Very easy, but needs more accuracy. Let's begin.
1. Create a new document, size up to you and try to give a dark color in the background. Then, look for bold font and write a text with a white color.
