1. Create a new document, size up to you. Give a black background, and create text by using the font Bank Gothic MD-BT, a white color. Adjust the size and place it exactly in the middle of working documents.
2. Right-click on the text layer, go to Blending Options. We will give the Outer Glow effect with the color #00ff00, setting the following directions:
3. Now, we make a pattern. Open a new working document, with the size 1 x 3 pixels. Use the Zoom Tool, zoom in until you feel comfortable working in it. Give white color for background, and create a black box right in the middle of the media. You do not need to save, all you have to do is go to the menu bar, select Edit --> Define Pattern, give a name than press OK.
4. Back to the document text work. create a new layer above the layer text. Select a brush with a size slightly smaller than the font size. Use a bright green color #00ff00, brush over the text.
5. Press Ctrl + click on the thumbnail brush layer, you will find the selected areas. Then go to the menu bar, select Edit --> Fill use the pattern fill than we have made before.
6. Change the layer mode to "Overlay". And the text layer, set the interior of the layer by changing the fill to 60%. We're finish..... This is the end result of digital alert effect:
Enjoy it...
